It’s here!!!! And I’m not impressed.

We had two things arrive today. Cheryl brought her computer back and it works just fine now. The tech wanted to know if Cheryl wanted the half a cat worth of fur he pulled out of the computer. Cheryl was laughing so hard, she forgot to make sure the power cord was returned with the computer. Good thing the power cord for the G4 fits.

It’s the second arrival that’s got me a bit agitated. It’s a kitten. A newborn, from the looks of her, or awfully close to – no ears, no eyes, dried umbilical cord still attached and mewling constantly for food. I’m not impressed. I even hissed at her. Smoky and Sari aren’t impressed either. Only Casey seems to like this new addition to the family. Munchkin’s too busy being in heat to pay much attention to her. Once she gets old enough to be certain of her sex, Petra gets to name her. So far, it’s Allie for a girl and Thomas for a boy. I hope it’s not another boy. Casey and I are enough for Cheryl, thank you very much.

Well, Cheryl says it’s bedtime, so I’ll consider going upstairs with her. I’m not sure if I’m going to forgive her for bringing the newborn into the house. We’ll see.

I’m not sure you could call it half A cat… made up of half a dozen or so furs… hmm fur kitten maybe? gee, Kitty-cat doesn’t like a baby kitty? Joey doesn’t like a babky kitty? Sari hates it too? did you put something in the water? πŸ™‚

and yes, i made it work. πŸ™‚

There was enough fur there to make half another cat, silly. πŸ˜‰ I’m not sure about Smoky not liking the kitten. She hasn’t come near it. Same with Sari. Just me growling and hissing. I don’t like anything or anyone that takes Cheryl away from me. I’m jealous, you know. Casey sniffs, but doesn’t do much.
