In Two Minds

Cheryl’s in two minds about how she feels today. For the past couple of weeks her email “Date Received” has been January, not February. She’s not sure how she managed it, but a long phone conversation with Apple Support fixed the problem. It seems that she wrote in a date rather than using the appropriate ‘bubble’ options. Resetting the date formats and reselecting the changes worked. February is now exists in her emails!
